Look, we all know one day I’ll be a rich-rich best-selling author with adaptions of my books coming to a theater near you. Till then, I’m all about that champagne lifestyle on a beer budget. Our family home-swapped (via Behomm) our NYC apartment for an astoundingly gorgeous home here in Greece. The family who owns it stayed at our pad last Christmas when we were spending the holidays with my in-laws in California. We’re cashing in our exchange now (a “non-simultaneous swap”) and it’s been an utter delight.
